Kgomotso is an MC, Moderator, Keynote Speaker and Chairperson for various conferences, with a key focus on technology. She chaired the Banking Transformation Africa and Insurance Transformation Africa Conference, inaugural Cyber Tech Africa Conference in Rwanda for the Women in Cyber Security Panel. She has delivered keynote addresses for various conferences where pertinent topics from the emancipation of women as well as technology.

About KGOMOTSO

Kgomotso Mamello Motshidi is an author, entrepreneur, and strategist. She is a seasoned technology professional with 20 years' experience having worked for Fortune 500 companies in South Africa and abroad. She has worked for companies such as Microsoft, HPE, Eli Lilly and Co. Italia S.p.A, among others. She has astute business sense and is the CEO of The Zora Group. Her career juxtaposed form being a system developer to being a business strategist. She holds a B-Com Informatics degree from UNISA and an MBA from MIB School of Management in Trieste, Italy and several industry certifications. Furthermore she obtained her Collegiate of Science (CSc) in Blockchain Studies, from Althash University, Chicago, IL. She was Microsoft “Sales Person of the Year” in the 2008 recession and her resilience has made her a formidable player in business and received many accolades in her field.

1. THE ENTREPRENEUR

Kgomotso is passionate about i mentoring and imparting knowledge to entrepreneurs. She was as a judge for the Jack Ma Foundation ( Africa Business Heroes) as well as Flourish Africa mentor for female entrepreneurs on the continent. She works with marginalised communities. She worked with the City of Johannesburg and launched their first entrepreneur ecosystem.  She was part of the Elinge iThuba (Second Chance) Seminar in Soweto empowering entrepreneurs on digital skills to transform their business.
